Ingredients

Pasta

  • 250 g pasta

Salsa

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1⁄2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can tomatoes, crushed (425 ml each)
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes.

Salsa

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the basil.
  5. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
