Pasta al Pomodoro
Ingredients −
Pasta
- 250 g pasta
Salsa
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed (425 ml each)
- basil
- salt
- pepper, black

Instructions −
Pasta
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes.
Salsa
- Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the basil.
- Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
